In pursuit of positive cash flow, the first out-of-state tours of HUD foreclosures in Colorado began.

The inception of free meetings began, starting with only one in Pasadena, CA.

VA foreclosures opened up to non-veterans and tours in Phoenix and Las Vegas began.

Free meetings expanded throughout LA County and grew into Orange County.
1992
Expanded into the Florida VA market.
1993
Went nationally offering VA foreclosures all over the United States.
1998
Free meetings were now available in San Diego County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County.
1999
MRREN was one of the largest sellers of VA foreclosures in the country, operating in 40 states.
2000
As new construction began to boom, we worked real estate agents all over the country who brought brand new developments.
2004
Mentored our 50,000th MRREN member to purchase investment property and rise above middle class poverty.

Purchased our Corporate HQ in Irvine, CA.
2005
Began expanding north to offer meetings in Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, and Alameda County

The Millionaire Club was started, designed to create millionaires through real estate for the purpose of creating a legacy for their families and communities.
2007
The real estate market collapses amidst the nation’s worst economic downturn since the Great Depression; property values decline; and lenders withhold loans.
2008
MRREN partners with Safeco to create a nationwide property insurance that is a one stop shop.
2009
Moved into bank direct, seller financing, and partnerships with investment groups to offer creative financing and real estate deals.
2010
Launched a series of monthly club meetings in the Portland, OR market.
