1. MRREN is FREE
All of our resources are free to MRREN members. We believe that your hard-earned money should be invested in real estate, not spent on books, tapes, and costly mentoring programs. Occasionally we do fun dinners, breakfasts, events, property tours and socials that may involve a nominal fee, but this is strictly to cover our costs. Like any other real estate investment firm, we make our money from the seller/owner of the real estate that is purchased, not from the investor who does the purchasing.

Being in business since 1979 has allowed MRREN to experience many real estate cycles, forcing us to adapt and innovate as the market has changed. We do not experiment with your retirement funds. We have strong relationships with all of our real estate firms and service providers, many of whom we've worked with for 10 years or more. Our goal is to mentor and train not just you, but the next generation that will inherit the investments you make today.

We have tremendous power and influence in representing you because of the size of our network. Our strength comes in numbers--we are the largest real estate network in the country. Approximately 50,000 members have purchased one or more investment properties with us through the years, and the list continues to grow.

Our goal is to get to know each one of our investors on a personal level and become long-term partners in a mutually beneficial relationship. Over 90 percent of our members have referred their friends and/or family to our network, and many members have been with us for 10-20 years. Our business has grown almost exclusively through referrals of friends, family, co-workers, etc., and we do almost no external marketing whatsoever. We have seen incredible growth due to the profitable and enjoyable experiences we have given tens of thousands of MRREN members. At present, about 75 percent of MRREN’s staff has invested in real estate, and collectively owns dozens of properties. Our network eats and breathes economic research. This data guides us in selecting the best locations in which to purchase investment properties. When analyzing specific markets, we focus on two main criteria: 1) How well the properties currently cash flow; and 2) their potential for appreciation. Following these two criteria will assure that you get into the best areas with the lowest amount of risk and highest return on investment.

Effective property management is the cornerstone to profitable real estate investing, saving you time and money and giving you peace of mind. With over $1 billion in real estate sold through the Network, we have come to realize that not all property managers are created equal. Many of the sellers we work with are also the property managers, making the communication line much simpler. We make sure that the #1 priority of the property managers is to get your property successfully rented. Second, we expect them to discount their rates to 7–10 percent for our members.
